Winter Concert - Rolling attendance times

We hope you will join us for this festive event. The concert will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
In order to accommodate all of the student musicians - please look carefully at the arrival times. This will help students get to their lockers and get set up in the gym in a timely fashion.

Beginning Band - 5:30 PM - Red band T-shirt, black socks and shoes
         Be seated in your section in the gym (center set up) for a brief rehearsal at 5:30

Symphonic Band - 5:45 PM - Formal Uniform (White, black with tie)
          Set up closest to the weight room

Wind Ensemble - 6:00 PM - Formal Uniform (White, black with tie)
          Set up closest to the courtyard

Jazz Band - 6:15 PM - Formal Uniform (White, black with tie)
          You should be set in your first performing group. Set you jazz music on the stage so you will be ready once the other groups perform. Rhythm Section - arrive early enough to have all of your equipment moved to the performance location prior to 6:15 PM. 

We would love some parent help at the end of the concert getting all of the equipment moved back to the band hall - music stands, conductor's podiums, folding the chairs onto the racks, etc.
